Yes, thats what this device claims to do. The Apple Peel 520 is an itouch case that will allow you to put on any sim card on it. This will then turn you itouch into a mobile phone. It is also equipped with a microphone as well. I think this device will be sell like hotcakes once it is out. I myself wouldn’t mind getting one to try out.
