2.) Any landline can Call you for free
3.) When you sign in, Your Globe Cellphone will now also have an attached landline number meaning, you cellphone is also now a landline. So numbers 1 and 2 will now apply to your cellphone as well.
If you register in CEBU you will not be able to call landlines for FREE outside CEBU. If you do call landlines outside Cebu or Landlines will call you from outside CEBU then regular charges will be applied.
